Refunds and Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned to us without asking first, returns will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Consumer right of withdrawal: 14 days European Union
You have 14 days to change your mind. If the product is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As said above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Do I have to bear the return costs?
If your return is eligible for a refund, you must ship the product at your expense to the return address that will be communicated to you by our customer service. We offer free delivery everywhere in France, but do not cover the cost of returns.
We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If you're approved, you'll automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
